Returns, refunds and right of withdrawal

The return of the products must be organized no later than 14 days from the moment you receive the order.
Please indicate via email to ordinionline@cale.it the encountered problem, order number, products purchased, name and address of the recipient.
Do not remove the products from their original packaging and keep all parts of the packaging intact.
Return the product without opening it and without using it, as well as the samples and any gifts received.
Please return the goods using the box received; the customer is responsible for the integrity of the returned goods.

If even one of the above points is not respected, the Customer will not be entitled to a
refund. Once we have received the returned goods we will evaluate their conditions
and if we do not find any problems we will proceed with the refund.
In the rare cases you should receive a defective or seriously damaged product, we ask
you to communicate it immediately via email to ordinionline@cale.it, specifying the
order number. In case of damaged product we will replace it and in case of spoiled
product we will analyze it with our team of experts in order to eventually replace it.
Please be informed that in the event that, following our analysis, we do not encounter
any problem identified by the customer, the product will not be replaced and the
customer will receive back the product originally ordered.
 

Right of withdrawal

The Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated, without any
penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 (fourteen) working
days, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased goods.
Should the Purchaser decide to make use of the right of withdrawal, he or she must
notify the Seller, Calé srl, by PEC caleprofumi@legalmail.it within 14 working days.
The return of the goods must in any case take place at the latest within 30 (thirty) days
from the date of receipt of the goods. In any case, in order to be entitled to a full
refund of the price paid, the goods must be returned intact and in normal condition.
The Purchaser may not exercise this right of withdrawal for contracts for the purchase
of goods that have been opened by the same, as well as goods made to measure or

clearly personalized or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to
deteriorate or alter rapidly and in any other case provided for by art. 55 of the
Consumer Code.
The only expenses due by the Consumer for the exercise of the right of withdrawal
under this article are the direct costs of returning the goods to the Supplier, unless the
Supplier agrees to bear them.
The Supplier will refund the entire amount paid by the Purchaser within 30 (thirty) days
from receipt of the withdrawal notice.
Upon receipt of the communication with which the Purchaser communicates the
exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Parties of this contract are released from their
mutual obligations, without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding points of this
article.
