The Supplier will deliver the products ordered and available by express courier. In the event that the Supplier is not able to make the shipment within this maximum period, the Purchaser will be promptly notified by e-mail.
Calé Srl cannot assume any responsibility for any delays in the delivery of orders, attributable exclusively to the service conditions of the couriers used (e.g. due to strikes or periods of peak activity).

Methods of delivery

The couriers used will not make prior phone calls or handle requests for shipments at particular times. They will make the first delivery without notice. In case of absence of the Purchaser, a notice will be left and a new delivery will be made within the following 24 hours. In case of further absence, a new notice will be left and the Purchaser will have to contact the express courier to define the delivery details. If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to the Supplier with consequent cancellation of the order and the Purchaser will be refunded the value charged for the order. In this case the Supplier reserves the right to withhold further storage and shipping costs for the return of the goods, which will be duly invoiced to the Purchaser.

Traceability of shipments

Shipments are traceable through the indications that the Purchaser will receive by e-mail from the express courier.

During delivery of the goods by the express courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is stated in the transport document, that the packages are intact, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered even in the closing materials (paper, adhesive tape, string). Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages, must be immediately reported to the express courier, by writing the words "withdrawal with reservation" on the transport document and communicated, within 3 working days, by e-mail, to:
If the delivery is accepted without reservation, no subsequent complaint will be accepted regarding the quantity of the packages and the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

If the goods received do not correspond to those ordered the anomalies found must be reported by e-mail to: within 3 working days from the date of receipt.
